1. What's the meaning of "transfer"? |
| |
A transfer is made up of a carrier paper and inks and this is done using a certain degree of high temperature and heavy pressure over a certain amount of time. The transfer inks will then be permanently passed over to the product thereby producing a lasting and impressive image on the product |

It's simply a process of transferring an image or lettering by a machine that presses the transfer onto a surface. |

3. What items can I heat pressed? |

4. How do I send my logo to you? |

You may send your logo through email to enquiry@cynine.com.my. Once your order is received, we will email you a confirmation. |

5. What if I do not like to have my name printed but rather, I want to have a picture to be printed instead? |

For orders of more than 300 pcs., we offer free setup free for heat transfer press of logos. However, we would accommodate your wish with a setup fee of RM40.00 to RM150.00 depending on complexity of your required logo. Once you have completed with the online purchase process, please email your artwork to us: enquiry@cynine.com.my for another quotation of setup fee. |

6. In what format of files should I send my logos over? |

Please send them the format of:
ADOBE ILUSTRATOR, .GIF, high resolution .JPEG, .TIFF or Microsoft Word. However, if you do not have the logo available of the said format, please contact us @ 6 (03) 6277 1461 or 6 (03) 6277 1462 62 for assistance. |
